DESIGN 201
A series of spaces sit at one with the landscape, connected by a corridor standing in stark contrast. While within the corridor one moves with the slope of the hill, entering the volumes on either side. While within the volumes, the various programs of the art academy intersect sectionally. Classrooms, resident studios, galleries and courtyards all make up the synthesis of art in the landscape. Views from gallery to resident studio emphasize the process of making, teaching and living of art.
